I would like to start with how my thoughts were today, just a few moments ago. As I began to write my thoughts in my notes, they began to evolve and change completely. I think it’s one of the reasons to write out your thoughts- you get to actually, elaborately think about them so that they can have the space to become evolved and matured.
I started with, “Right now, I’m eagerly waiting to complete my pregnancy, give birth to my baby and get started with my new routine, recover quickly, wear my workout clothes, start working out and get into good shape, wear good clothes, etc.” BUT then, something changed in my thought process and I realized that, there is nothing like, “once this is done, I’ll be able to do something else(in some things, sometimes, yes, but in my situation, it doesn’t have to be that way).”
Today, I can still enjoy being pregnant, have more time to spend praying, planning and preparing for what I want to do, how I want to do, still be active and start practicing living a healthy lifestyle even from ‘NOW’. I can still enjoy today as it is. I can still spend more time in prayer, making supplication, etc.
